When will my order be processed?

Orders placed before 14:00 (2 PM CET) are usually processed the same business day. All orders are fully processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday.

What shipping methods can I choose from?

At checkout, you can choose between Eco Delivery, Standard Delivery, or Prio Delivery. The option you select determines processing speed and the carrier used.

Which carriers will deliver my package?

Shipments are handled by our trusted logistics partners, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, GLS, Hermes, PostNord, and Cargoboard. The carrier is automatically selected based on your address and delivery method.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated as a percentage of your order value before discounts: Eco: 3%, Standard: 4%, Prio: 5%.
A minimum shipping fee of €3.95 applies.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club) as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Why was my payment declined?

If a payment fails, the order is not processed. You can try another payment method or contact support. Unpaid or failed orders may be cancelled automatically.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
